Arlene was such a pleasure to deal with when buying my first home. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I was given answers to all my questions. When it came time to put an offer in, Arlene worked in my best interest and negotiated with the seller to my satisfaction. On the day I took possession of my condominium, Arlene was just as excited as I was. With keys in hand and smiling ear to ear, she also surprised me with a wonderful housewarming gift!
